Our NHS Heroes Fund builds on the success of our COVID-19 appeal in which the money we raised during the pandemic was used to ensure our staff had the support they needed to go about their job during those most difficult times. 

Recognising the impact, Brighterway continue to appeal for your support in helping us look after our colleagues.  

We have already funded many items including, microwaves, fridges, coffee machines and furnishings for staff rooms. It is also funding a range of health and well-being projects to support ongoing resilience and recovery such as safe spaces where staff can relax.
